Start Cup Dalmatia 2026 – Tentative Program:
The Start Cup Regatta combines both competitive sailing and entertainment. Two divisions are participating in the regatta, consisting of 10 Salona 46 yachts and 5 Elan E6 yachts. Both divisions are equipped with gennakers.
The regatta lasts for seven full days, following this schedule:
Day 1 (Sat): Arrival of participants, yacht check-in, team registration, and distribution of materials.
Day 2 (Sun): Training and team-building day.
Day 3 (Mon): Racing day followed by an evening entertainment program.
Day 4 (Tue): Racing day followed by an evening entertainment program.
Day 5 (Wed): Reserve day – rest and leisure.
Day 6 (Thu): Racing day, free evening.
Day 7 (Fri): Final racing day, closing ceremony, and award presentation.
Day 8 (Sat): Yacht return and departure of participants.
Evening Program – Start Cup Dalmatia 2026
Almost every evening, participants can enjoy a social and entertainment programdesigned to encourage connection among crews. The Start Cup experience offers not only exciting racing and improved sailing skills, but also new friendships and unforgettable memories.

1. TEAM PARTICIPATION COST FOR THE REGATTA
Participation fees for the Salona 46 division of Start Cup Dalmatia 2026:
The total team participation fee consists of the yacht fee and the organizational fee per crew member.
A. Yacht Fee:
Booking before 15 October 2025 – €6,500
Booking before 15 January 2026 – €6,800
Booking before 1 April 2026 – €7,100
Booking after 1 April 2026 – €7,400
To secure a yacht and fix the yacht fee rate, an advance payment of €2,000 is required.
The second payment of €2,000 must be made by 15 January 2026.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 April 2026.
Failure to complete payment by this date will result in the cancellation of the yacht reservation.
In the event of a cancellation, part of the yacht fee will be refunded in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
B. Organizational Fee
€340 per crew member
Payable on-site at registration on 23 May 2026.
Participation Fee Includes:
Yacht charter
Final cleaning
Transit log
Gennaker
Organizational and regatta management costs (including regatta registration)
Race committee services (race yacht rental, RIB, buoys, flags, professional judge, technical support, etc.)
Marina and mooring fees
Media and organizational expenses (media boat, event team services, technical support, etc.)
Organization and hosting of entertainment program (including two dinners)
Information and promotional materials
Gifts, prizes, and awards ceremony
Participation Fee Does NOT Include:
Travel to and from Marina Pirovac
Tourist tax – €10 per person per week
Refundable yacht security deposit – €5,000 (usually split among the crew; recommended to be paid in cash. Fully refundable if the yacht is returned undamaged)
Deposit insurance – approx. €500 (recommended to cover potential yacht damages or losses; reimburses crew in case the charter company withholds part or all of the deposit upon presentation of an invoice)
Skipper services (fee and travel costs – by separate agreement)
Skipper participation fee – €340 per crew (unless otherwise agreed with the skipper)
Photo package: €250 per crew for a racing photo set, or €350 for a full package (racing + event photos). Individual photos will also be available for purchase on fotograf.de
Food and beverages on board and outside the regatta program (including skipper’s meals*)
Fuel consumed during the regatta
Other individual expenses (visa, personal insurance, airport transfers, etc.)
Helmsman Requirements:
The helmsman must meet the “amateur” regatta leveland be familiar with the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS).
In some cases, organizers may form a mixed team from individual participants and assign a skipper*. The skipper’s conditions are discussed separately with the newly formed team.

The Salona 46 Division consists of 10 identical monotype yachts– sporty cruisers that combine speed, comfort, and excellent handling.
All yachts are chartered from the Sailing Forever company.
The Salona 46 is both comfortable and highly functional — designed specifically for sailors with sporting ambitions and for participation in regattas and championships.



The designers and shipbuilders have created a yacht that offers spacious living areas for the crew, optimized control and navigation systems for the skipper, and thoughtful interior details for guests. All of this is combined with outstanding seaworthiness and excellent sailing performance.

Division: ELAN E6
The Elan E6 division consists of five one-design yachts (a sport cruiser that is both fast and comfortable). The yachts are available for charter through three companies: Aquatoria Yachting, Split Yacht Charter, and Nas Sailing Center.
The designers of the Elan E6 sought to create a yacht that combines racing and cruising capabilities. This boat is built to win regattas. At the same time, it allows you to enjoy a comfortable cruise with your family. The yacht features a futuristic design and is unique in every way.
A combination of design and comfort - that is the Elan E6.
